C'mon folks, spill it!


I'm planning better today.  I was warned that there will be bagels EVERY morning, so I'm going to have to plan ahead to avoid those!  Yikes!!!

Sorry about the bagel temptation!  Same issue at my office, but . . with boiled eggs, spinach, and edamame - who wants bagels?  AHAHAH

B:  egg, spinach, edamame
S1: avocado and small tomato (from my garden - yummy)
L:  3 oz pork and broccoli
S2:  seaweed wrap, ham, cheese, broccoli slaw, ginger
D:  Steak and calavasitas
S3:  seaweed wrap again

Not sure of my count, but can't be too terrible.  I will evaluate tomorrow - just didn't log today.

On a lighter note, I'm totally jealous tht you have your tomatoes already.  All I've got so far are a couple of tiny green thingies,  grrrrrrrr

1 Atkins bar
Up to 6 Ryvitas with stilton
Cottage cheese with pineapple
Coffee and tea.

Trying to increase my exercise, but there never seem to be enough hours in the day...

'Kay, folks -- here's the damage:

B:  three eggs with hollandaise*
S:  coffee with full cream
L:  mixed nuts, sf peanutbuter cookies, smoked gouda, green pepper
S:  blueberry smoothie made with greek yogurt
D:  coq au vin, artichokes

YAY ME!  Today's my birthday, and I have rewarded myself with the gift of healthy eating.
