Man oh man ... I had forgotten the feeling of "induction flu" -- had to come home and take a semi-comotose kinda nap for an hour after work today.  Then I ate a few grapes and felt much better!!!

Okay, not a rigid induction any more, but I feel loads brttre!

B:  coffee, cream, 3 poached eggs
L:  greek yogurt and frozen berries smoothie   YUM
S:  sugarfree, flourless peanut butter cookies
D:  noodle-free lasagna and then I conked out
S:  about two cups of grapes, totally saved me

Well, tomorrow's another day -- will give it a shot again!
