Hi there everyone -- today means we are halfway to the weekend, yippee!!!!!

This is day two of back-on-induction for me, and I'm already feeling better that I made it through the first day!

Hi there!

Breakfast will just be coffee
3 Atkins bars
4 ozs gammon
Ryvita and stilton butter
Some new walnut and parmesan thins to try from Jacobs.
Coffee and tea

Need to have fasting bloods taken this morning.  Nearly six months off insulin!

Went for a walk today - 3.5 miles... not bad... but after the walk my blood sugar dropped, so I had to eat some carby foods... o well..

today eats:
coffee+ almond milk
trio bar (20 gr carbs)
peanuts (some more carbs)
protein shake
protein shake
cheese sticks, protein cake
some dinner... not sure what yet - going out... business trip.

Will be on a business trip tomorrow so probably will not post.
But there is a plan for tomorrow:
coffee + proteins + cream
protein bar
salad + some meat
protein shake, cheese sticks
some snacks at Cinco De Mayo party
Proteins? cheese or some other things
