Hala thank you so much for posting this!!!
It's all-out cooking for me today. Entertaining tonight, tomorrow at lunch, and again on Saturday night. Food -- EVERYWHERE!
On a lighter note, I took my kids to Disneyland yesterday. We actually BROUGHT all of our food, and let me tell you -- we actually feel good today! None of that post-amusement-park stupor that comes from eating crud! Apples, celery, cheese, matza, hard-boiled eggs, almond butter, lots of water -- And on the way home the kids ate potato chips and soda (well, you can't have everything ....)
Today's take (keep in mind I'm in maintenance, not Induction):
B: coffee with full cream and sugar-free chocolate syrup
S: 3 hard-boiled eggs, gefilte fish
L: shnitzel, cucumber salad
S: strawberry/banana smoothing using Greek yogurt
D: mushroom/onion soup; baked chicken, quinoa, eggplant with tomatoes, asparagus; and possibly a few grapes
