Lots of diabetic chocolate, really moves me! Still no weight lost though, 85 pounds and holding.

Will have to consider upping my exercise if the weight still doesn't go. My waist and wrists have become smaller, I've lost 20 inches off my waist and tightened up my watch strap by yet another notch. Still need to lose another 15 pounds to reach target. Have started sprouting my own seeds to bulk up my cheese and meat, if my stomach doesn't reject the goodness... They'll be ready to eat in about six days, so watch this space.

Yesterday was a VERY good eating day for me -- Lots and lots of really tasty low-carb muinchies (as you read below, keep in mind I'm in maintenance, so you'll see some higher-carb items, in limited quantities):
B: 3 poached eggs, lox, grilled asparagus, with hollandaise sauce
S: coffee with full cream and SF chocolate syrup
L: A Feast!!!
chopped liver
baba ganoush
matbucha
green olive tapenade
gefilte fish
beef cholent
beet salad
cole slaw
carrots with cuminm
S: a brownie, OMG it was delicious; also a bite of a lemon bar, too full to eat more
D: mixed nuts
gefilte fish (from a jar, not that good)
a taste of chopped liver
hard boiled egg
brisket
green salad
a poilte bite of a piece of cake (I was pretty full from lunch)
