Ryvitas and light cheese triangles
Chicken leg and thigh
1 Atkins bar
Coffee and tea.

Thunderstorms yesterday, wonder what today has in store for us...

Egg/spinach/beans (check out fourhourbody.com)
Steak/salad/beans
caulirice/veggies/chicken
burger tonight

Have no idea where net will be, but my carbs are good carbs (justification?)

L:  greek yogurt and blackberry smoothie
S:  smlal apple
D:  green salad wth feta, huge carrot, baked fish sticks
