It's just sausage meat, onion and chestnut balls made into a loaf-shape and sliced.  Can't have you laughing at my balls!

Doing OK.
Yesterday ate more than I planned, but still kept within my low carb style.
I was at Sam's and they had these huge fresh blueberries. I took a package, and ate one berry. It was soooo sweet that I had to put the box down. I forgot how sweet some fruits really are. The only time I eat blueberries now is to add them to my plain Greek yogurt. And they are the wild type berries, much smaller and not so sweet.

Today will be a good day. After yesterday "mini binge" I am not really hungry...
Coffee + almond milk, nuts
protein bar.. (it was soo.. sweet..., could not fini****)
salmon cakes +pickles
protein shake or yogurt with proteins and flax..
fajita (beef or shrimp or mix) - no rice or tortilla.
LNS: cheese or nuts.

Omigosh those tiny wild blueberries get me every time!

Do you make your own salmon cakes?

Your dinner sounds yummy -- What are rotel tomatoes?  A variety?  A brand?

Sorry you were ill -- I was all set to eat a shwarma in pita for dinner at a nice restaurant, with my little boy, when he "lost" everything he had eaten all day right htere on the table -- After cleaning THAT up, I suddenly found myself on the low-carb path once again LOL

My rule of thumb is, after vomiting (which I rarely do), anything is fair game for an hour or so after I'm able to hold down clear fluids!
