Commute: Coffee w/ Splenda and 1/2 & 1/2
B: 2 scrambled eggs and cheese
s: Dill Pickle & Turkey Pepperoni
L: Chicken Salad, celery, cucumbers & broccoli w/ ranch dressing
s: Click (to replace my afternoon coffee fix) over ice
D: Chicken Breast and Sauteed Squash & Onions (we were supposed to have this last night)
lns: Cherry Coke Zero over crushed ice

I will drink some water + tea, and hope that this will go away...

probably gazzilion calories but low net carbs... (so far only 21 carbs, 960 cal)
As long as I stay away from food...I shall be fine lol

Luckily I lways have my snack bag packed so I had to eat what was in there. I was glad to have it.

I'm still trying to get back on the lc wagon. Total and net carbs are too high but my percentage is amost there, off my max by 1%.

No time to list tonite but the higher carbs were from three lc pitas. Other than that its been more veg than usual in addition to straight lean protein.
