Okay folks, what are you eating today?

2/3 Atkins bars
Coffee and fruit teas.

I'm arranging travel insurance today for our Autumn cruise, will be a lot cheaper than last year because of my improved medical condition.  RESULT!!

I worked my plan yesterday...right up until Dinner and then all hell broke loose. we ended up eating out after picking up our new riding mower. I'm not sure what possessed me to do it but I ate like a wild woman. Pasta, starchy vegetables and dessert. OMG!!! I'm going to say I was celebrating the new mower but dang.

So far so good.

Commute: Coffee w/ Splenda and 1/2 & 1/2
B: 2 scrambled eggs and cheese
s: Dill Pickle & Turkey Pepperoni
L: Chicken Salad, celery, cucumbers & broccoli w/ ranch dressing
s: Click (to replace my afternoon coffee fix) over ice
D: Chicken Breast and Sauteed Squash & Onions (we were supposed to have this last night)
lns: Cherry Coke Zero over crushed ice

I am surprisingly really hungry today. I eat and eat... and still hungry... hormones.. grrr
But overall not so bad.

cheese, + more cheese (0, 200+120)
sunflower seeds (2, 40) 
coffee+ almond milk (1, 20)
protein bar (9. 200)
candian bacon (BTW - the office dog -puppy got crazy agai when he smellled the meat...) (1, 200)
coffee+ protein shake+ almond milk (2, 180)
flatout wrap + canadian bacon...(6, 200)
 
and still hungry...
I will drink some water + tea, and hope that this will go away...

dinner: beef wrap + mushrooms, veggies
snack: cheese + more cheese...lol..

probably gazzilion calories but low net carbs... (so far only 21 carbs, 960 cal)
As long as I stay away from food...I shall be fine   lol

 Okay folks, here's the take so far:

B:  Protein shake with a bah nah nah
S:  Coffee with full cream and sugar-free chocolate sauce, Mmmmm
L:   noodle-free lasagna (queso blanco, parmesan, mozarella, baked with marinara)
S:  an apple
D:  crustless spinach-cheese-onion quiche and green salad

a bit carby and too many calories today. had to leave suddenly and unexpectedly to take a kitty to the vet. 4 hours,a shot,fluids later she has a bad UTI,but will be fine.

Luckily I lways have my snack bag packed so I had to eat what was in there. I was glad to have it.

B cashews
L tuna,string cheese
S flax muffin
D ham and cheese ,mushroom oven omelet,broc
S double protein cocoa

I'm still trying to get back on the lc wagon.  Total and net carbs are too high but my percentage is amost there, off my max by 1%.
