Wednesday Already? CARb Accountability Roundup!

Yesterday was a pretty good low-carb day, because I packed well ahead.  After feeding my fears, and feeding my joys, and feeding my anxiety and my relaxation over the weekend, it is good to be back on track (except that now my breath smells and tastes, once again, like ketosis -- blech)

Today's plan:

B:  protein shake --  Labrada made with low-sugar soy milk
Commute:  Coffee with full cream
S:  nuts
L:  pickled herring with sour cream
S:  edam cheese
D:  beef stew (no potatoes)

Lately I've been drinking a lot of crystal light ... we'll see how all that sweetener and all those chemicals pan out in my  system!

Whatcha eatin' today?

The sun is SHINING!!!!!!!!! Yippee!! It has done wonders for my mood. I'm amazed at how the simple things like sunshine help get me motivated and help me stay on course. But then again if I'm happy then I'm not eating for comfort so it makes complete sense.

Today will be:

commute: Coffee w/ splenda and 1/2 & 1/2
B: 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese
L: Chef Salad w/ Ranch
s: Celery w/ Peanut Butter
coffee break: Coffee w/ Splenda and 1/2 & 1/2
commute: Cherry Coke Zero
D: Grilled Chicken w/ sauteed squash and onions
lns: Activia Yogurt (??) or SF pudding

Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.
