Tuesday CARb Accountability Rollcall!!!

Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening (depending on where you are):

I'm constantly amazed by the variety of good low-carb, healthy-protein meals people eat, aren't you?  Today's plan:

B:  coffee with half and half, and eggs with hollandaise and asparagus (my "usual")
S:  non-fat greek yogurt with splenda (I would prefer full fat, but it has more carbs, sheesh)
L:  pickled herring in cream sauce
S:  celery and peanut butter
S:  edam cheese
D:  turkey "bolognaise" sauce (no pasta for me) and green salad

I'm expecting the net carbs to be around 30, but we'll see

L~ Chicken wings, blue cheese with sour cream for dip

            Plus an additional 42.2lbs pre op! Starting weight 300lbs.

Last night I could not stop eating after dinner.  Going to try a new approach tonight.

Breakfast....Cottage Cheese 3/4 cup
Snack........2 oz cheese
Lunch........3 oz beef, 1 oz cheese, 1/4 cup mixed low carb veggies
Snack........2 oz cheese
Dinner........??? not sure yet
Snack.........??? not sure yet

Coffee, tea, and water throughout the day.  As you can see, I have dropped the honey/cinnamon treatment.  Was not working and I think creating a craving.  Also have done more walking today.
                  5'1"  Age 62   Goal weight between 128 - 135

So far..so good for today. Last night I had a run in with the snack monster. Gotta plan a little better for this evening.

Commute: Coffee w/ splenda and 1/2 & 1/2
B: 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese
L: Chef Salad & Ranch Dressing
s: Celery w/ peanut butter
work break: Coffee w/ splenda and 1/2 & 1/2 (gingerbread coffee from Trader Joes - WOW)
s2: Dill Pickle & Turkey Pepperoni
D: Roast Beef w/ Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower
lns: Cherry Coke Zero (during NCIS)
lns2: SF pudding (depends on what time I go to bed) 

So far today I've had a 32 oz. decaf tea. A 32 oz. White Grape Crystal light and now I'm working on a 32 oz. Cran-Lemonade. Plus 2 (gigantic) cups of coffee. So with all the liquids I've gotten some major exercise simply running to the ladies room.

Hello there, I'm late posting today:

2 rashers bacon with a scrambled egg
4 Ryvitas with 4 cheese triangles
3 sausages and 2 ozs lamb steak
4 ozs white fish, oven baked
Coffee and fruit teas.

S:  hmmmm - don't know yet

Net should be pretty low today - only at 12 before dinner.
