Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

OMG!!!! I was doing great on Monday's plan until bedtme. Then the snack monster reared its ugly head. I had only had 26 g of carbs up til that point. Then I caved to a Little Debbie Nutty Bar. My reasoning? It had Peanut Butter in it..therefore it was my healthiest choice!! Really!>!>! I kid you not. I swear I think I'm a food addict. Getting a handle on carbs is horrible.
I ran my totals through the daily plate and was surprised to see such a high fat %. From what I'm reading that seems to be normal(ish) but I'd appreciate anybody's suggestions.
Also I'm a little concerned with Poop issues. Trying to make sure I get at least one salad a day in and some benefiber but it's not really working. Again....any suggestions?
