Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Monday on Sunday CARb Accountability Rollcall
It's still Sunday night for me, but it must be Monday somewhere!
I haven't even made up my plan yet, though I'm sure it will startt with four eggs with hollandaise, and a huge cup of coffee with full cream.
What are you eating today on your low-carb journey?

I can't believe it's Monday already....I really didn't understand why my alarm clock was ringing away this monring. I was convinced it was still the weekend. Yuck.
The plan for today.....
Commute: Coffee w/ splenda and 1/2 & 1/2
B: Srambled Eggs
s: Celery w/ peanut butter
L: Deli Rolls (Ham, Turkey & Roast Beef w/ leaf lettuce, cheese & cilantro-garlic Mayo) & Dill Pickles & SF Jello
s: Turkey Pepperoni & hard Boiled egg
D: Roast Beef & garden salad (left the roast cooking in the crock pot - I love knowing that the house will smell great and dinner will be done when I walk in)
lns: SF popsicle
today WILL go according to plan!!!!
I realized that even though my eating started out well both days this weekend - because I hadn't committed it to cyberspace in hopes of some sort of accountability I found it way to easy to go off track. Vanilla wafers, Triscuits and snickers were never supposed to be a part of the plan - but somehow I managed to eat them.
I did manage to lose 3 lbs last week. That was a great thing. So I'll take my lumps and celebrate my successes. Thanks for listening and the encouragement yall gave me last week to help me stay the course.

Fortunately for me I love Mondays as I don't have to work them. I work four days a week, 10 hour shifts. T-F. It's the perfect work week!
Anyway food.
B~ coffee
L~ Tuna packed in olive oil on a bed of baby romaine
S~ Chicken wings. Yummy, awesome chicken wings!
My husband does not cook. I am the cook in the house and he cleans and does the dishes. But the one thing that he makes, that surpass any others I have tried, are chicken wings. He deep-fries them in peanut oil, makes a wonderful hot sauce out of butter (lots of butter!), Franks hot sauce and vinegar. When I bring leftovers to work my colleagues practically pay me to have one. So I get good food and I don't have to cook. What could be better? Well winning the lottery could be better!

Need to start being accountable.
Breakfast....2 eggs, 1 slice cheese scrambled in olive oil.
Snack..........2 oz. cheese
Lunch..........3 oz. steak, 1/4 cup fresh corn, 1 slice cheese all heated together like casserole
Snack..........2 oz. cheese
Dinner.........3 oz steak, cup stir fried veggies in olive oil
Snack..........peanuts
Lots of plain coffee and tea during the day. Need to work on the water.
I have been doing 2 T raw honey, 1 t cinnamon, 1 cup boiling water mixed together twice a day. It is homeopathic to help arthritis pain. I don't think it is working so I am cutting it out as of today. Also too many carbs (sugar).
