Okay, everybody -- you know what to do!!!

Stayed up late making parmesan crackers for the week -- I can tell you right now that Kraft parmesan works perfectly, and the TJs stuff is too rich -- doesn't work as well!

2 scrambled eggs with 1 ozs cheese
1 slice meatloaf
4 Ryvita with 4 cheese triangles
1 Atkins bars
Coffee and fruit teas.

Good Morning World...

Starting this Monday out RIGHT..!!

B...1 Egg and Coffee/half and half (1TBS.)
S... Beef Jerky
L...Turkey and String Cheese
S...Almonds
D...2 Chicken Tenders...Grilled w/George & Green Salad w/oil and vinegar dressing
Water..through out the day...Gotta get in those liquids.!! I don't do well with that at all..!!

Oh, I sometimes have trouble getting liquids in too.  Argh!!!

B ~ Coffee with pp and almond milk and coconut oil

L~ Three low carb flax crackers topped liver pate and a smidgen of hot mustard

S ~ 3 oz of lamb chops with creamed spinach. 


I love parmesan crackers!  Which recipe do you use?  Do you add almond flour to it? 


            Plus an additional 42.2lbs pre op! Starting weight 300lbs.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt here -- peppermint patties?

(Actually the TJs parmesan was so fatty when I made the crackers last night, that I did add some regular (gasp) wheat flour.  The better recipe is Kraft grated (packaged) parmesan, not the powdery stuff, baked for five minutes at 375oF.    but I might have to try almond flour now!

L: Ham & Cheese Rollup w/ Dill Pickles & Green Pepper Rings
s1: SF Choc. Pudding

lns: Celery & Peanut Butter

today's my first day back to "decarbing" myself an the girls in my office are doing the same thing as well. How does this look to yall?
