PS -- This was NOT a low-carb day for me.  Gave in to accumulated stress and feeling sort of gross and lethargic now.  Blah.  C'mon folks, show me how it's done right!

i was a bad girl this weekend but i'm back on track now
B.  scrambled eggs with red/green/purple/orange peppers red onions turkey suasage
S.  coffee 
L. romaine lettace, chicken, avacado, tiny bit of tomato, cheese, low carb dressing
S. coffee
D. salmon patty, cabbage and brocolli
and i'm not hungry,  this is a FIRST for me and i'm loving it  :o) Jeani

Thursday 1730...

2 Atkins bars
2 bacon rashers and a scrambled egg
4 ozs stilton butter and 6 Ryvitas
3 sausage and chestnut balls
Coffee and fruit teas

Hi Lisa...
Wednsday was a good low carb day for me. Most of the day I could not eat much - the small pouch day... then got a really bad migrane headache... and then could not eat anything ...not even a bite.
But once I finally got hhome and could take a pill... and teh time elapsed... I was able to get some good chicken in mushroom souce...
Overall low on calories and proteins... low on carbs.
