Cereal?

Hi Everyone,

What kind of cereal does everyone eat?  I bought some from Kay's Naturals.  The vanilla one is so good.  High protein.  I use a little of heavy cream in stead of milk because of the carbs.

Any info would be appreciated.

I don't do cereals.  The only one that I did in the past are the protein cereals by Kay naturals... or one like that.  But I used them as a yogurt or fruit salad toppers anyway... But since I discovered that my body has issues with Splenda - I can't do them either.
Cereals are slider foods.. they do not stay in the pouch...

Exercise real caution when combining carbohydrates and fat -- It seems to be a serious flab-bomb for a lot of low-carbers!  Combining high-fat cream with a cereal is potentially problematic.

However, when I DO have cereal, it's HOT -- usually oat bran, amended with wheat germ, ground flax, and unsweetened soy protein.  This is a breakfast that lasts .... really holds me all day.

Anyway, that's what I do.
