Tuesday 1245...

3 Atkins bars
4 ozs cheese
2 scrambled eggs and  a rasher of bacon
Bacon, tomatoes and 25 grms uncooked weight pasta.
Coffee and fruit teas

On Sunday I had a slice of meat feast pizza (medium), left the outer crust.  Thought my belly would explode an hour later...no more cheating for me !  Alex (my 12 year old) ate the other 5/6 and my crust together with a salad and 2 helpings of ice cream.  Before my op I'd eat 2 trips to the salad bar, a large pizza, garlic bread and a pudding with a couple of trips for ice cream.  Would also have been hungry an hour later!

Life now is great

 Sometimes I'm also shocked at what I used to be able to eat.  And sometimes the memory of it embarasses and dismays me.

I remember my oldest son when he was 12, and the amount of food he could blithely put away!

HI Guys,
this is the plan for today:
B - jimmy dean 3 cheese omelette and coffee with HC
S - greek yoghurt with sf caramel syrup
L - flat out low carb wrap with mayo,roast chicken and cheese, water
S - more greek yoghurt
GYm session, therefore at least a litre of water
S2 - treat on the way home from gym, venti sf cinnamon dolce iced latte
D - rotisserie chicken, salad, greek dressing and feta crumbles
S - more greek yoghurt with protein powder sprinkled in

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

It Really is...I have it every day and due to my malabsorption of Fat with the DS, I don't have to buy the low fat kind. It is so great as a dessert, dip, for cooking ,Yummy!!

I've been hungry all day!!!  I have been trying to up my protein and it's upping my calories.  EEEK!

morning - protein cocoa, protein pudding
lunch - shrimp, cucumber slices
snacks - pork rinds, 16 almonds
dinner - tilapia, pico di gallo on a low carb high fiber (medicinal fiber) tortilla

Totals for day
calories - 1082
protein - 129
carbs - 48
fiber  - 20  

Backing down off those carbs tomorrow.

B: 1/2 c coffee with full cream splenda
1-Atkins shake
S: Protein bar
L: Salad with grilled chicken a feta cheese
1-L.C. peanutbutter cookie
1-Just the cheese 0.5 oz bag
S: 15 peanuts
D: 1.5 oz grilled chicken with cheese
1/4 c green beans
S: sugar free popsicle and L.C. pb cookie

Total net carbs for day: 25 g
Total protein for day: 92 g

Add some water (not enough for the day)
