I behaved poorly today eating mainly protein bars and sf frozen treats. I did throw in a little veg, cold cuts, and a drumstick. Liquids came in the form of diet soda. Net carbs on point, sugar alcohols have total carbs over the top.

Today for me was a fast food day, but I think I did very well. I have a protein shake for breakfast, Chili for lunch, and Chicken Apple Pecan Salad from Wendy's. Was shocked that I actually liked the salad and the vinaigrette. Only thing is I had to try to pick out the blue cheese bc it gives me the creeps..lol
