Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Taking today "OFF" - so not worth it
Well, I started the day off LOW CARB . . .then went to an event where they had stuff like kettle corn and frozen yogurt . . . .even though I only had a very little bit of each, first it made me feel bad and then it made me "feel" bad.
So not worth the guilt and icky feeling (carb coma).
Oh well - back on task and hopefully it won't change the scale tomorrow.
DON'T DO IT - IT ISN'T WORTH IT!!!!

Well said. Days off need boundaries. I take them but in general where I can be certain of the carb/ calorie count. A little obsessive for a day off but that's the only way for me to keep from going overboard. Especially since it takes a ****load of misbehaving for me to dump or even feel sickly.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I have to agree with MSW -- Days "off" should not be a free-for-all, though it often seems to work that way, doesn't it, ugh. There are times when, no matter how well prepared I am, no matter how focused, no matter how strong my intention -- it seems there are days (and some times weeks or even longer) that every carb I pass finds its way into my mouth.
So sorry that you are feeling badly, and "feeling" badly -- Please be extra kind to yourself today!
