Okie dokie, folks -- making a point these days of listing my veggies as well as my protein! I'm at Atkins maintenance, so keep that in mind ....
B: asparagus, eggs, hollandaise, protein bread
S: coffee with full cream
L: Fried Queso Blanco with homemade marinara
S: Flourless, sugarless chocolate-almonmd macaroons
D: noodle-less veggie lasagna (blanched cabbage leaves instead of noodles)
Total will be:
Calories: 1550
Protein: 117 grams
Carbs: 57 grams
If I eat half a baNAHnah later ... will be a few more carbos.

I couldn't eat the whole popover for breakfast but had the rest with cheese for morning snack. Really easy and really good.

You do know. It's your receipe, I just called it the wrong thing. You named it cinnamon muffins, I called it flax popovers. One way or the other, it was really good.

I am not in the best frame of mind at the moment so my only goal is net carbs at 50g or less. I'll try to get back into weight loss mode tomorrow. Carb ratio a percentage point too high, fat ratio looking good by accident, protein slipped in at just above my base requirement.
