Monday CARb Accountability Roundup
Happy new week, everybody!
Today's intake for me will be:
B: 3 poached eggs, and TJ's coffee d'cocao with cream
S: Fried cheese marinara
L: Protein-style hamburger with "the works"
S: Sugar-free peanut butter cookies
D: Something with ground beef, don't know what yet!
My child is going to be at the hospital all day so I'm also packing emergency protein o!

Wish fats were closer to the 45-50% range but I'm just not feeling them. Hopefully tomorrows ratios will be better. Today's high carb count is all good cause its mainly sugar alcohols from sf chocolates. Net carbs are near enough to 50g and prot is really up there so I need some extra water tonight.

iced tea, strawberries, lc flatbread pizza w/ turkey peperoni spinach onion
sf chocolates, iced tea, chicken, pork skins, chipolte salsa
cottage cheese, chicken breast, lc tortlla, smart balance light, pork skins, iced tea, water

B: Egg, 2 slices bacon, cheese stick, jicama
S: chicharones
L: Big Burger (no bun), jack cheese, tomato slice
S: seaweed wrap, ham, cheese stick, sprouts, pickled ginger
D: shiritaki noodles and really meaty spaghetti sauce
maybe a protein shake for late night snack
