CARb Accountability Roundup: Thursday and Friday!

Really, TWO days of carbohydrate accountability?  Yep -- only because I might not make it back online tomorrow.  So, if you are going to post for each eay -- please post both of them here! 

Stuck to plan today -- got to eat all the good things that I had left in my work fridge yesterday and ate reasonably well when I got home. 

B:  eggs hollandaise and LOTS of coffee
S:  half a banana
L:  turkey pastrami with pepperoncinis Mmmmmmmmmm
S:  triangles of highly processed and over-foiled cheese
D:  noodle-free lasagna, which I have somehow fooled my family into liking.

And You???

Hey Lisa, we'll miss you if you don't get back here tomorrow.  I haven't logged into myfitnesspal today but here's what I ate.

1 hardboiled egg
1 protien pudding
3 little turkey meatballs
a few cucumber slices
3-4 oz harris ranch pot roast
a few green beans with toasted almonds
1/4 - 1/2 cup raw blackberries

fluids and vites
1 hour pilates class tonight

It's Friday (for me)

1 Atkins and 1 diabetic wafer bar
2 Sausage and stilton patties
2 Ryvitas with light sheese triangles
2 scrambled eggs and bacon
Coffee and fruit teas.

I'll buy some chestnuts this weekend to make sausage, chestnut and onion balls, really simple but soooooo satisfying.

Thursday was a good low carb day.
Today I hope for the same:

today- Friday:

cheese
coffee+ cream
ch****n soup + flax
yogurt + proteins+ flax
nut bar (maybe)
dinner: not sure at the moment - but will think of something - salad + proteins
LNS: cheese or protein shake...

Today's eats:

2 strips bacon
1 egg
2 oz cream cheese
ribeye steak
green beans

Calories - 591
Protein - 53
Total Carbs - 9

I had no idea I was so low on protein because I just put it into myfitnesspal at bedtime.  Will do better tomorrow.
