Hello Lee,

I've given up smoked Austrian cheese with ham, as the salt content was too high.  Can't give up cheese altogether as I crave chocolate or cheese.  I haven't weighed yet this week, but am seeing my GP on Wednesday about the diabetes, so will weigh then...

Honestly, Paul, you've ruined Stilton for me -- saw "Sauage and Stilton balls" and laughed so hard the dog woke up!

Ok, I feel like total crap and the two of you just cracked me up.  I didn't give Sausage and Stilton Balls a second thought until you mentioned it.  Just goes to show I'm under the weather to let something like that slide...............
