Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Newbie Here !!!
Hello all I just had surgery Dec 28th , 2010 so I'm 7 wks out down 32 lbs. I'm here to get more low carb ideas and recipies. I've been doing Atkins all my adult life off and on so I'm sure like all of us I pretty much know what to do just looking for new ways to do it. I'm not a big poster but I do lurk and read a lot though. See you all around and glad to be here.

Welcome aboard! We have plenty of DSers around here who will be more than delighted to help you find out how lower carb way of eating can be good for you! Your surgery date is near mine in the calendar year -- I also had a December surgery, and remember very well how odd it was being in the hospita that time of year.

It looks like you're doing fantastic with your DS. I too have done low carb off and on for many years. I find that it's what takes away my cravings. I must have a big carb sensitivity because once I cleanse of the white stuff, I always feel better.
Do you participate in MajorMoms Vites and Bites over the DS board? She's always a great support person.
