Back to normal eating today, headcold or no:

B  Omelette with cheese
S  egg custard
L  turkey lettuce rollup 
S  atkins bar
D something with ground beef, since the house-vegetarian is having supper out

That's about it for me, howabout you?

I am up late/ early too.  I must go to bed after this post!!!
Yesterday: B- coffee
                    L- 4 wings
                    D- 4oz salad with boiled egg, bacon, low-carb ranch, onion, cheese. YUM!!!
                    S- Premier protein Shake Vanilla

Today: Planning on:
                   B- Coffee, boiled egg
                   L- Protein Shake
                   D- Rotisserie chicken and brussel sprouts
                   S- small salad maybe or protein bar.

Monday 2200...

Tomorrow I will have:

2 scrambled eggs with 1 oz cheese
2 Atkins bars
2 packets Ryvita Minis
Corned beef, mushroom and onion soup
Gammon
Coffee and fruit teas.

If I don't lose anything by Sunday, having cut out 3 ozs of cheese a day, I'll drop the coffee.  Considering taking a knife to my loose skin!  LOL

I went under the knife to get rid of extra skin a year and a hal*****otally woth it!

had success last week trying to cut out all bad carbs. Ate a few beans,nuts etc and lost .75#. I will take it!

Hi gang,

I went to WW tonight.  I am down 4.4 pounds for the 5 weeks of Atkins.  Today starts week 6.  I'm cool with that since it's more than I was losing before.

Something feels wonky in my body.  I get these unbelievable bouts of hunger.  It's like the bottom falls out from under me and I just need food.  I've never had blood sugar issues but this feels like it might be one.  I'm seeing my surgeon on Thursday so will talk to him about it.  The good news is that what I'm grabing is at mealtime and not bad.

Morning:
Protein Pudding & 1 hardboiled egg

Lunch:
1 trader joe's chicken thigh patty
pork rinds
1/2 T light mayo

Dinner in two parts
2:1 Oatmeal high protein/high fiber bar at WW because I was too hungry to wait until 8pm
6 oz shrimp in butter & meyer lemon

Calories - 1002
Protein - 133
Total Carbs - 33
