You know., 39 g net carb doesn't seem that high, overall.  But what WAS it?

I ate an egg cudstard (made with Splenda) and an apple.  Also a glass of wine, with some benadryl (because the allergies are wreaking havoc with my headcold).  I can barely see straight right now, vut I',m feeling much better.

Not counting on weight loss overmight, as I have a huge head filled with headcold crud blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Looks like a great eating day, and a great walking day, too!

Were you walking some place special?

Friday was the walk around the lake by my house.
Saturday, the first hike was in the redwoods, then the next 4 miles were in San Francisco.
Sunday I walked in the hills near a friend's house.

All different walks so all stressed different muscles.  I was definitely tired out by last night!

How are you feeling?

I kinda picked all day at mostly low carb stuff with a few snacky carby things in between.

Went to Trader Joe's to pick out some low carb treats.  I bought some seaweed snacks for .99.  They were pretty tasty.  They have 1 carb per serving and 1 gram of fiber so I guess that =0.

They were really good with a little dab of cream cheese on them.  Not quite as sturdy as a potato chip for dipping, but can satisfy that need for crunch.

DH and I celebrated Valentines last night.  I had gone to the wharf early Sat. morning and bought a couple dozen of the best oysters in the world and 5 lbs of crab legs.  I had a very low carb dinner.  He opened the oysters for me and I slurped them down.

It sounds like you had a great Valentine's celebration!  Your food sounds so yummy.

I too like those seaweek snacks from TJ's.  I just eat them straight out of the package.  If I want cream cheese on something I at the pork rinds which I just bought last week after many years not eating them.
