Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Cheddar Cheese Soup
I just had this for breakfast and recorded it in my recipe data base. I am trying to record some of my recipes to share because I usually don't use them for myself. I just cook by my senses. It is hard for me to even remember or judge how much of what I used unless I measure and write it down immediatly, which I did in this case.
Since Adkins encourages fat, enjoy!!
It didn't copy all that well....

Is an excellent site for nutritional data and they have a nutrition tracker and recipe maker which I use.
You can compare foods by lowest and highest of whatever nutrient you want to plug in, such as lowest in calories/highest in protein.
I will clean it up and post it on the recipe sticky.
