Cheddar Cheese Soup

I just had this for breakfast and recorded it in my recipe data base.  I am trying to record some of my recipes to share because I usually don't use them for myself.  I just cook by my senses.  It is hard for me to even remember or judge how much of what I used unless I measure and write it down immediatly, which I did in this case.
Since Adkins encourages fat, enjoy!!

It didn't copy all that well....

It is very quick and easy and perfect for a first course with some meat and salad.

This recipe looks quite yummy!  I dearly hope you will post it on our Recipes sticky (please please PLEASE!  It will be easier for others to find it in the future!)/.

How did you get the nutritional breakdown?

Interested in low-carb nutrition?  Thinking of trying Atkins? Want to try high-fat and/or high-protein eating?  Whether or not you have had (or are thinking about) WLS   http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/atkins/

Is an excellent site for nutritional data and they have a nutrition tracker and recipe maker which I use.

You can compare foods by lowest and highest of whatever nutrient you want to plug in, such as lowest in calories/highest in protein.

I will clean it up and post it on the recipe sticky.
