Welcome to the weekend!!!!!  WOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooo!

For me, it's more of a woo hoo, as I have a very bad headcold, and as soon as my family has eaten dinner I am planning to head to bed and stick my head under the covers for a few days.

Today I had coffee, soy milk, a coupla eggs, and some cheese.  It could have been straight chocolate cake, there was so little of it that it wouldn't have made much of an impression.

That's it for me, but I still really enjoy reading the posts of what all of you have been eating, so let it rip, ladies and gents -- Whatcha been eatin'!

And has anyone gotten in any exercise in the last few days?  Because I've slept so much that I want to enjoy your fun and play vicarously.

No detail for me today.  I'm taking a break for a few days.  I've upped carbs to 25% and max 100g as I plan for the comming week.

I've done my usual workouts but I keep it indoors.  Feel better.
