I was banded 12/15/10 and have been losing weight nicely...but I seemed to be the same weight for the whole month up and down the same 2 or 3 lbs.. I have farina or oatmeal for breakfast with blueberries/ egg salad or tuna or something like that for luch and dinner is always a problem..I eat more than I should and then that leads to wanting saltines or SF ice cream or cheese..I need some kind of direction and where can I get a diet to follow so I can continue to make progress. Any help would be great....

There are links to info on different low carb plans in a getting started post above.  Your experience is not unusual.  Many of us low carb because even the "good carbs" have a negative impact on our progress.

I suggest tracking your food and exercise so you know your daily calorie deficit and exactly how many carbs you're getting.  This also gives you concrete information to discuss with your surgeon or nutritionist.  Being less than 90 days out, there should be some guidance available to you.

First and foremost, congrats on your weight loss!  H

Have you gotten any fills?  My doctor told me if I can eat 2 enchaladas instead of one or I can eat more than a cup of food at time, then it is time for me to come in and get a fill.
Exercise is key, if you eat more of anything then you need to work some of it off.  The best way I have found to re-introduce carbs is to do so slowly and at the right time; after any work out I eat protein & carbs.  I try to work out before breakfast, lunch, and dinner and then eat.
