B - eggs hollandaise and coffee with evaporated milk
L - leftover coq au vin and greenbeans, wish I could eat like that every day!
S - nibbles of plain air-popped popcorn and some cheese
D - Brisket, possibly red rice, and a green salad

Alas, also some chocolate chips -- as long as I'm holding myself accountable, jeeeeeez!

Hello,

Here's my eats for the day.  i was hungry all day.

Morning:
1 chicken leg
1/3 cup cottage cheese

Afternoon:
Protein Pudding
Harris Ranch pot roast
1/2 ounce pork rinds

Evening:
tilapia filet
lemon wedge
butter
1/2 cup trader joe's broccoli slaw
1.5 T cream cheese

Calories - 891
Protein - 111
Total Carbs - 15

Walked 75 minutes
