CARb Accountability MONDAYyyyyy (only 4 more days till the weekend!)
On an ANGRY eating note -- I just got ticked for parking in an expired spot -- though there was plenty of time left on the meter -- came home and chomped down on crunch nuts ..... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ....
Anyway I myself was all low-carby and high-proteiny delicious until I got angry ... the nuts will put me over my low-carb limit, but at least I didn't do a great deal of damage ....
How'd you do this fine Monday?
Will have dinner after my work out but this is where I expect to land.

Protein pudding w/ almond breeze unsweetened
Noon:
2 oz chicken breast w/ 1/2 hardboiled egg and helman's light
1/4 cup cottage cheese
Snack:
1 oz dry roasted peanuts
Dinner:
4 oz ribeye
2 slices bacon

4 ozs roast beef

Coffee and fruit teas.
Yesterday I ate a small salad for lunch, 2 hours later it all came back! I am almost 1 year postop and still very restricted so far as fruit and vegetables are concerned. I can just about eat 4 ozs of meat but unlimited amounts of carbs! Still stalled...LOL
