 Hey folks, watch been eatin' today?

On an ANGRY eating note -- I just got ticked for parking in an expired spot -- though there was plenty of time left on the meter -- came home and chomped down on crunch nuts ..... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ....


Anyway I myself was all low-carby and high-proteiny delicious until I got angry ... the nuts will put me over my low-carb limit, but at least I didn't do a great deal of damage ....

How'd you do this fine Monday?

I keep hearing about those flourless peanut butter cookies, and for sure I'm going to go make myself some in a moment!

 Omigosh, how do you make chocolate egg custard?  Custards are pretty much my favorite thing EVER, right after Hollandaise!

 Ok, here's my day.  Lots of calories but carbs are ok.

Morning:
Nectar protein hot cocoa
Protein pudding w/ almond breeze unsweetened

Noon:
2 oz chicken breast w/ 1/2 hardboiled egg and helman's light
1/4 cup cottage cheese

Snack:
1 oz dry roasted peanuts

Dinner:
4 oz ribeye
2 slices bacon

Calories -1002
Protein -   119
Total carbs - 17

Tuesday 0830.  I plan to have:

2 boiled eggs, 1 Ryvita
2 Atkins and 1 diabetic bar
4 ozs roast beef
1 tub low fat cottage cheese with pineapple
Coffee and fruit teas.

Yesterday I ate a small salad for lunch, 2 hours later it all came back!  I am almost 1 year postop and still very restricted so far as fruit and vegetables are concerned.  I can just about eat 4 ozs of meat but unlimited amounts of carbs!  Still stalled...LOL
