LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Way to go low-carb!!!
But I have to know, what are Oh Yeah wafers, and Dr. Kracker?
Interested in low-carb nutrition? Thinking of trying Atkins? Want to try high-fat and/or high-protein eating? Whether or not you have had (or are thinking about) WLS http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/atkins/
Oooooh Yeahhhh!!! You gotta try one....Oh Yeah wafers are basically protein bars without sugar alcohols or glycerin...and they are awesome!!! 15 grams of protein per serving. You just caught me in the act of ordering more online! Vitamin Shoppe has 99 cent shipping right now so I'm getting a couple boxes. Dr. Kracker is a high fiber cracker - great crunch and fairly low carb. I seem to need a little bit of carbohydrate before bed to lull me to sleep and also to keep my blood sugar from plunging - so that is what I eat every night before bed.

Here's the day's haul, up until PM**** me in the afternoon:
eggs hollandaise with spinach
coffee with cream
cheese wedges
fakin bacon "crackers" with tomato and mayonnaise
lots of water
Then, 3 PM hit. Sudden PMS!!!
In five minutes, the sky clouded over my life, I cried, and ate:
2 oz sugar-free chocolate
vons cheesy chips
a glass of red wine
The red wine may be accounting for the sloppier-than-usual typing tonight!
I expect all to be right by morning LOL
