Y'all are eating some delicious-looking beef these days -- I think I want to get in on that!

Interested in low-carb nutrition?  Thinking of trying Atkins? Want to try high-fat and/or high-protein eating?  Whether or not you have had (or are thinking about) WLS   http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/atkins/

Today I will do better than total clustefkcu.    I'm really angry with myself for things I both can and cannot control.  I blew it to ****sville by getting too little fat and too many carbs.  Lost track of my water, so not sure if I made it or not.  Ignored my food plan and ate what was easy rather than what was right.  Paying for it on the scale already.

fried chicken... coated in flour then fried

protein ice cream... made with granular splenda so up go the carbs again

cream cheese

curry chicken drumstick, the only no carb item eaten all day

Hey MSB, it sounds like your scale is beating you up enough.  I ate bacon and was up this morning as well.  I figure that's my punishment so I had to just let it go.

How are you feeling today?  How's the day going for you?   It's amazing how your body is used to the high fat and can really go astray when you're not careful.  I'm trying to up my fat to see what that does for me, but I guess I have to do it in other ways besides bacon!

I made several bad moves so I'm mad at myself since there is no one to take it out on.   I'll just kick the imaginary dog.

Fat ratio under 50% of total calories two days in a row
Both my high cal days for the week back to back
Carbs over induction two days in a row
Just half my workout done, the lower calorie burn half

That is enough for me to gain and even keep on gaining despite getting back on track.  I know better than to screw up twice in one week and consecutive days at that.  Today I'm doing it right.  Plus I will get some extra calorie burn in this weekend.
