I use fatsecret.com.  It syncs with most smart phones and you can run reports of your data on your phone as well as your pc.

The data is more accurate than most other data bases and there are far fewer useless duplicates.  The monthly calendar shows your month to date averages so you can cut back or increase your calories as needed.  Where its lacking is in the exercise tracking.  However, you can input your own data for missing items using a more extensive calculator.

 Y'all are looking beautifully low-carb!

Today I wound up not having breakfast all the way until mid-afternoon!  Breakfast itself was coffee, coffee, coffee.  And cream.  But not as much as I'd liked -- came home and found a cup with NO cream right next to the expired coffee, cold in the pot (blech)

Otherwise --

L = turkey pastrami
S+ eggs hollandaise
D = sugar-free chocoate bar
Real D = coq au vin over shirataki, and green beans

Have a peaceful evening, all!

0900 Wednesday...  Tried a packet of Extend crisps last night and threw them up 15 minutes later!  LOL!!!  Will try half a packet in about a month.

1 boiled egg, 3 Ryvita with butter
3 Atkins bars
Low fat cottage cheese with pineapple
4 ozs roast beef
Coffee and fruit teas.

Still stalled.  :-(  That is all!
