My two co-workers that I had lunch with could barely stand the thought that I was eating liver for lunch.  I told them I was raised on chopped liver and still love it.  :)

Today was a fairly busy day...I started it at 4:15 AM to get up and go to 5 AM strength training group. I'm glad to get back into it but I'm not a morning person :( Work was pretty steady because there's always stuff that needs to be done at the beginning of the month.

B - plain fage 2% w/stevia & instant coffee, 1 oz almonds (10)
S - another 1 oz almonds, 1 cup coffee w/half & half (7)
L - green salad with chicken and a leftover meatball and Italian sausage (3)
S - another cup of coffee w/half & half, Premier Protein (9)
D - baked tilapia in scampi butter, few bites of grilled zucchini (2)

Total net carbs = 31 grams (a little higher than I like but OK)

Water - 14 cups
Vitamins - taken
Exercise - strength training
