Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Friday Carb Accountability Thread
I get yummy protein chips online. I think it's 14 carbs, 10 protein. I haven't had them since I started really low carb but I do like them. If I go to a movie, I'll take them rather than have the popcorn.
I had a great day today.
Yoga class, 3.5 mile walk with WLS buddies, and then a date tonight where we ate out but I did good. I was really pleased to order a 1/3 pound grilled burger with lettuce, no bun and nothing else but a sip of water afterwards. He asked if we should order something wicked like fries and I said no. Hah! I can do it. :)

3 boiled eggs and 2 Ryvita with butter for breakfast - STUFFED!
3 or 4 all meat sausages for lunch
4 ozs cheese
2 Atkins bars
Grilled breast of lamb for dinner
Coffee and fruit teas
At the moment I need to carry some fast-acting carbohydrate with me as my blood sugars are quite low. I may have to see my doctor to reduce my diabetic medication again - YAY!!

I'm over maintenance for the day by 147 cals. Its been a very low cal week so it should all wash. Way off induction carbs but all through permitted foods. Still under my 10% ceiling. Back to weight loss mode.
