Macro Nutrient Calculator?

I saw this in another post but I can't find the formula or whatever they were using .,

I am keeping my carbs under 20 but I am trying to figure out how many calories I should aim for.
Can anyone help me?

Check the getting started info sticky.  I posted a link there to calorie calculators which includes:
- how many calories per day
- low carb and ketogenic ratios for your day's calories

I am sorry but I don't see where you mean. I saw the getting started post but I could not find
how many calories per day in there.

How do you use that thing? I must be doing something wrong,. It said I should have 200 grams of protein per day. It said I should have 1500 calories per day to lose but saying that I should have  the 200 grams if protein per day, obviously I did something wrong.

I don't know why any calculator would suggest that you have 200 gm carbs/day -- can you post a link?  I don't think I've seen this before.
