 Hi Jean,

I've had Protein Style at In N Out, but had never heard of Flying Dutchman, so I went to google it.  Thanks for teaching me something new!

Are you eating the roasted seaweed that Trader Joe's offers now?  I recently started eating it and it's starting to grow on me.

Hi Lee,

I'm such a huge fan of In N Out, as you can probably tell!!! If you don't think you could finish the 2 patties, then just order 1 (don't know what that would be called). The other trick I have is when I order a flying dutchman I get tomatoes and/or pickles on the side. Sometimes I just don't feel like eating lettuce like in a protein style burger. They are always very accomodating!

Yes, the roasted seaweed is from TJ's...there's always something interestin at that store!

Okay, Paul -- I've read this term my whole life, and I'm dying to know -- What is a RASHER?  Is it a serving, or a piece?
