Today was a great day, but somehow I'm still crabby this afternoon, and it's reflected in my dinner choice which was ....

jordan almonds!

Need to gnaw on something, I guess.  Ever had one of those days where despite everything going well, you're still on edge?  That's my day, today!

So ....

breakfast was eggs hollandaise
lunch was peanuts and cheese
snack was coffee .... coffee .... coffee .... (decaf, but might be part of the reason I'm on edge) ....
and then JOrdan ALMONDS!

I was going to eat dinner, but my family is just irritating the daylights out of me for absolutely no good (or bad) reason that I can think of, and I just don't want to be at the table with them.  In a lot of ways, I'm feelking like a 16 year old right now .... NOT GOOD!

No totals today.

Today I've had burger patties, chicken, protein powder, an egg, peanut butter, no cal peanut spread, no cal syrups, flavored water.  My carbs are over by about 3g for the second day in a row.  I'm not doing well holding to induction.  Tomorrow starts a day one yet again.  Other than that its a respectable day.

I'm not sure that going over by three little grams is going to knock you out of induction, is it?  Do you FEEL like you're in ketosis?

Saw you had burger patties -- I forgot to list that I had veggie sausage patties for snack .... hadn't had those in years, Mmmmmmmmmmm!

What is "no cal" peanut spread?

I'm not yet in ketosos but its too soon for me on induction level carbs.  I have a hard time getting into ketosis at all.  It usually takes meat only for five days or my modified version of atkins fat fast.  I am easeing into it cutting further each week to see how low I have to go to get there. Sunday I will likely move onto modified fat fast.

I use peanut spread to stretch my peanut butter.  No cal peanut spread is a walden farms zero sugar, carbs, fats, calories etc product.  On its own it is pretty gross and bears no resemblance to peanut butter.  Two parts creamy peanut butter to one part spread tastes like peanut butter but three tbsp for the calories of two.
