L - big salad, 1/2 avocado, carnitas, bleu cheese dressing, Havarti cheese (7)
S - trail mix (18)
D - 1 piece tri tip, 4" sausage, small slice ham, green beans w/bacon (4)

Total net carbs = 37 grams

Water - 10 cups
Vitamins - taken
Exercise - long day at work...

Better late than never I suppose!!

B - 2 protein coffees
L - triple protein shake
D - 5 chicken wings with BWW asian zing sauce (not too much)...

I was trying to do all protein shakes this week to get myself back on track, but fell off with the wings last night - but its not that bad.  Calories were around 1000, protein 160, carbs 25 or so

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
