 Hi Linda,

Day 3 is fabulous.  Congrats on persisting.  It's really amazing how quickly the cravings for carbs and sugar leave the body when it's filled with good quality protein.

Thanks for the support.

Eating clean as I can really helps me to not try and wheedle in and justify stuff that is just not necessary.

But..you know..

You are the best HoundMama in the world.  You just spend all your time making all of us feel like a protected lil'pup!   I lOVE the dogs.  When I lived in a cabin in W.Va there were tons of hounds.  I adore the Blue Tick Hounds and their long droopy ears.

So yup, I used to be know as the Queen of Denial, but trying to learn to do the dance a little differently this time around.  Thank goodness for my little Sleeve helping me to inch along towards goal.  I love eating clean and how it makes me feel.  I always know it will be a huge relief but when I'm in the midst of some good old fashions sugar and flour mixed with some grease, well I just get amnesia and think I can't change.  I'm tired of rationalizing, bargaining and swearing that... well, ya'know.

So hugs hugs and big hound doggie kisses all over your sweet face.  Thanks for always being a kind word and a hug.
