Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

Hi Everyone!
I did good at Weigh****chers tonight. Down 1.6 pounds for my first low carb week. Now on to my second week.
3 slices bacon
1 slice jalapeno jack cheese - 1
4 oz pot roast
1 T sour cream - 1
Bodytech protein pudding - 4
4 oz almond breeze - 1
4 oz pork chop
sauteed mushrooms w/butter - 3
1 T sour cream - 1
1 Nip candy - 6 carbs
Calories - 974
Protein - 91
Total Carbs - 20

Good evening, we just got back from an afternoon at Disneyland (again)! It's back to work tomorrow, it'll only be a 4 day week - yay!
B - pork machaca, 1 egg, 1/3 avocado (3)
S - cup of coffee w/half & half (4)
L - huge salad w/bleu cheese dressing (3)
S - protein bar (2)
D - fajita salad w/guacamole & sour cream (6)
S - another protein bar (2)
Total net carbs = 20 grams
Water - 8 cups
Vitamins - taken
Exercise - lots of walking

Monday:
- protein hot chait tea "latte" (5.5)
- leftover chicken thigh marinated in Italian dressing and topped with Italian blend shredded cheese, side of asparagus (6.4 - 1.6)
- bbq almonds (10 - 6)
- cornish game hen, broccoli and cualilower in cheese sauce (7.5 - 2.5)
- sugar free instant chocolate fudge pudding (17)
Totals:
46g total carbs (36g net carbs), comprising 8.46% of my daily calories (159g/65.79% fat, 140g/25.75% protein).
My scale is not being friendly AT ALL, but I unexpectedly started my lovely female monthly, so hopefully it will come back down in a couple days.
