Popcorn loaded w/ butter

Vites check. Fluids check. Exercise: house work and up and down the basement stairs.

Sitting at 142. Would prefer to be sitting at 139 but my body resists.

It's been another lovely day here in So Cal but I had a lousy migraine all night and didn't get much sleep. Thankfully the headache is staying away today and I'm hoping to get a walk in this evening.

B - chorizo & scrambled egg, sour cream (2)
S - 1 1/2 oz almonds (8)
L - carnitas & sour cream (1)
S - coffee w/half & half (2)
D - more carnitas & sour cream (1)

Total net carbs = 14 grams

I haven't had much of an appetite and I don't feel like getting veggies in today.

Water - 6 of 10 cups
Vitamins - taken
Exercise - hopefully a walk in a while

- protein hot apple cider with almond oil (5)
