Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
***FRIDAY CAR***
Good news, I'm home from my week in Vegas!!! I only had one real meal today but all in all not too bad because we were on the road.
B - 1/2 of a 3 egg omelette w/spinch & mushrooms
S - roasted seaweed, 1 1/2 oz almonds
L - protein bar, trail mix
S - more roasted seaweed
D - protein shake
I'm too tired to figure out the carbs but I still wanted to be accountable since I didn't post yesterday.
Water - 8 cups
Vitamins - taken
Exercise - does driving count???

Friday:
- cheese (2)
- Atkins bar (22 - 10)
- protein chai tea (1.75 - .75)
- crock pot cooked mixtures of sweet and hot Italiann sausage, green peppers, yellow onion, petite diced tomatoes, and stuff served on top of spaghetti squash with some butter, salt, and parmesan cheese all topped with melted shredded Italian cheese mix (13.5 - 2.5)
- pork rinds with cream cheese (2)
Totals:
41g total carbs (28g net carbs), comprising 11.91% of my daily calories (86g/55.56% fat, 112g/32.53% protein).
Overall, higher % of carbs than has been normal for me recently; scale did not budge down today but was at least consistent with yesterday, which makes me officially 184 [EDIT: which officially FINALLY puts me at an OVERWEIGHT BMI instead of obese!!!], which means I've lost about 20 more pounds since my wedding in mid October. Not too shabby for having been stalled in the low 200s for a good 7 months plus having all the holidays during that time between my wedding an now :)
