LOL, I love sour cream and could just eat it off the spoon.  But in this case, I mixed a little with the gravy of the pot roast to create something creamy.  It was incredibly yummy and I'm looking forward to having the leftovers for lunch today!  :)

Hope you are feeding the carb monster less and less..I know it's HARD to resist, well, at least it is for me a lot of times, but I'm doing better with each passing day..
(Now comes the wk. end..! ) BUT I know WE CAN DO IT..!!


Here's mine for yesterday..

Protein shake (6)
String cheese(<1)
Protein Shake (6)
String Cheese (<1)
P-nut butter and crackers (23) =(
Shrimp in Garlic/Butter (0)
1/2 protein bar (15)

total= 52

More than I wanted to eat for the day, but there it is...

Have a LOW CARB WK. END and LOADS OF FUN..EVERYBODY..WOOO-WOOOO!

Hi Cyndy,

Wishing you a fun weekend as well.  It's so interesting how we each approach this detox process.  For me, I find that I need to just dump out everything except the meat and dairy in the first week, at least as much as I'm able to.  I find that the lingering carbs are what make it more difficult for me because carbs just set up cravings for me.  I had to avoid a lot of things in the office kitchen this week that I would have been eating just a week ago.

I hope that your personal method is working for you and helping you to feel free of the carb monster.
