- egg salad with some shredded cheese mixed in (4)
- boneless skinless chicken thighs marinated in Italian dressing and topped with metled Italian cheese with petite asparagus with butter, garlic, and parmesan (7.9 - 1.6)

46g total carbs (28g net carbs), comprising 10.5% of my daily calories (129g/66.23% fat, 102g/23.27% protein).
I tried to have a protein shake at work today, but I had brought my Blender Bottle home to wash and forgot to bring a clean one in. The protein container said you could stir into fluid with a spoon, but, umm, no - that resulted in a bunch of little clumps floating on top of my coconut milk. That shake went down the kitchen drain.
