Fried chicken livers. YUM! I was raised on chopped liver but haven't had it in years. Maybe I'll make some soon.
Today was a good day but I was still having to talk myself out of protein bars and protein hot cocoa etc. I know it will get easier. I'm ok with my day!

Catching up for Tuesday as well...been so slammed at work, I've hardly had time to breathe, let alone post (or eat much)! I have been tracking on MyPlate, though, and my scale is still not upset, so I'm haning in there...
Wednesday:
- Atkins bar (22 - 10)
- eggs, sausage, and cheese (8)
- Wendy's: grilled chicken filet with avocado ranch (I ordered a salad, but I was at the drive-thru and didn't notice all the icky ingredients it had like lots of tomato and tons of bleu cheese crubmles, which I HATE) (2)

32g total carbs (22g net carbs), comprising 10.66% of my daily calories (81g/60.7% fat, 86g/28.64% protein).
Tuesday:
- cheese (2)
- sliced up hotdogs with melted cheese and low carb ketchup (7)
- protein shake (4.5 - .8)
