Shifting into weight loss mode.  Not yet at induction level but carbs are at 9% of total calories.  Total carbs are mostly sugar alcohols as usual. 

liverwurst
1/4 atkins bar, steak, 2 mochas, water
fried chiken liver, drink mix single, 3/4 atkins bar, water
fried chicken liver, water
protein shake

Edited to swap dinner for a shake instead.  Its nice to be just not very hungry.

 Your food choices crack me up, because you eat some of the same things I do!  

I happen to love chopped liver, and liverwurst.  In case you haven't tried it, may I recommend the chopped liver with MUSTARD?  Mmmmm ... and on rye bread, yum yum yum yum yum!

thanks Becky I am trying I need to get back to the gym  its been so busy there I took some time off.  This is a bad month with all the new years resolutions people made , It will slack off in a week or so and I will get back to my weekly routine. It will sure help get these pounds off

Okie dokie, did better today but not quite as well as I wanted.  Anxiety makes me eat, it's a shame but so it does!!!

B:  Eggs and hollandaise.  You will always see this.
      Evaporated milk for coffee creamer

Snack:  Atkins shake for coffee creamer and cottage cheese for snack

L:  A huge meatball

Snack:  Atkins candy bar and peanut butter

D:  Beef stew

1500 Calories
129 grams protein
52 grams carbs, gahhh

Okay, tomorrow I'm back to full cream in my coffee, and no atkins bars, and no regular peanut butter.  That should shave off the carbs.  I like the cottage cheese too much to give it up right now!

I intend to start posting on this thread but have left it too late for tonite. I will say it has been a much better day and I didn't have any bad(for me) carbs
