Hello All,

I just started last week living the Paleo life! It's been a tough few days- what I wouldn't do for some grains right about now!

But I'm hoping that it will help the reactive hypoglycemia that I developed after surgery and get these last few lbs off too!

I really want to hit this arbitrary goal that I set for myself- for no reason other then it's the smallest I can recall being.

:D

If you stick with it, you can do it!

Good luck!

I've done Paleo and it's tough, but it's the healthiest possible way to eat, IMO. It was the way we were designed to eat! Go girl! Hugs...

Yeah, that's one of the other reasons I was drawn to it. I've always wanted to be the healthiest person I could be, and this is a very natural way of eating...but darn it I'm not daydreaming about pizza!!

Thanks for the props tho!

You can get to that goal!  Keep going and the more you detox, the less you'll crave the grains.  I was eating pretty close to zero carb before having surgery.  I felt terrific when I listened to my body and didn't let my head get involved in the food conversation.

I'm so happy that I started dumping the carbs yesterday.  I'm looking forward to having less cravings and more energy.  I get it about those arbitrary goals.  I'm looking forward to reaching mine too!

Good luck!  :)

Zero carb, wow that's amazing. I've never been able to stay away from the "evil carbs" for very long, so I'm hoping that I can do this.

I need to be more conscious about what I eat, last night I had popcorn and was like "OH crap!, What am I eating?!?" before I realized duh hello dairy and carbs...ugh...won't make that mistake again.

This morning I'm back on the Carb-Free Train, and I don't wanna get off!

Keep up the hard work!!
