Try this again! 1st post went pooffff.

Had VSG June 2, 2008
Lost 150 lbs ish

I need ideas for this lifestyle and commitment. Easier when you have people going through the same path.

With the lack of exercise and more carbs in my eating the pounds have come back. I started low carbs Jan/11 and lost 7 lbs. I found this group from a link on the main VSG board and thought, That's what I need. People in the same shoes as I.  Trying the get another 20 pounds off before I go for my panniculectomy.

Hey girl...how are you?  I'm in the group too working on my last 30lbs doing low carb.  I need to get serious after my gain during the holidays

Hey Ms. Shell,
Glad things are getting back to normal. The holidays were toooo long this year...I saw the scale at 205 and thought...I would never see the 200's again. But, I pulled my big gurl panties up and back down to 192 this am. Getting rid of all the extras (POTATO CHIPS) and watching what I eat makes a big difference!

Hugs & Loves

We willlllllllllll get there together!!!

 Welcome, Donna!

I also had a panniculectomy once my weight was down, and I feel (and look) so so SOOO much better!  It's great to have you on board!  There are people here with a variety of health and weight-loss goals, and it seems there are large numbers trying to get rid of that last 5-20- or 40 pounds.

We're happy to have you here!

Lisa
