***Monday CAR*** Snow day in the south!

Thanks Becky.  We went on our first cruise last October in the western Med.  Will book another cruise this summer, possibly Holland, Finland, Sweden and Latvia.  Hope your cruise is excellent!

Not exactly Atkins..but I'm trying to cut out A LOT of the carb MONSTER that is haunting me..!

Thank God no snow in this part of the South.  I'd head back North cause there'd be no point in being here.  Bad enough its cold.

Too lazy to list details today but I'm still eating more sugar alcohols through protein bars and popsicles than proper food.  The balance has been processed foods.  That type of detail is just a bad example. 

Calories and ratios are in check for maintenance.  I need to get on program and into induction level carbs.  I've got pounds to shed.

Vegas is still really cold! The air temp is cold plus the wind chill...brrrr! It's really tough not being at home and staying on plan but considering all the "sins" around here, I didn't do too bad.

~Monday~

B - 2 cups coffee with half & half (8)
S - 1 1/2 oz almonds, protein shake (8)
L - "protein style" cheeseburger (6)
S - pork rinds, protein bar (3)
D - grilled chicken on green salad with cranberries and candied walnuts, bleu cheese dressing (20?)

Net carb total = 45 grams

Water - 8 cups (maybe more?)
Vitamins - taken
Exercise - does pushing the button on the slot machine count :)
